Can one assign a script to an OU? Will this script override all others?

Thank you

?  like if the user in the OU logs in, a script runs?

If so, yes.  Assign login scripts per OU

And to answer your question about overriding.  The answer is no, it will not.  In order to prevent a previous assigned script from running, you would need to block inheritance on the OU.
