My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I use Outlook 2010.  At times I would like to know the IP address of the sender to try and do a geo location of him or her.
Has anyone done a macro to do this, and is able to share with me.  Thank u.

You should find all the details you need in the Email Headers

Such a macro wouldnt really be 100% accurate anyhow

Especially if most of your mail is comming from Internet Mail Acccounts

You would only be able to go back to the ISP

and to do so, you would essentially be running a trace using the email headers

So basically what you are doing or looking for will be similar to

http://whatismyipaddress.com/trace-email

If your not doing it on every email

Just use the link
