Read barcode from webcam

Using Flash, how can I read a barcode from webcam.
My thought, activate camera, get a bitmap image, and ? have no idea actually
Never done any barcoding before, Is this possible at all?
I know there are phone app than can read barcodes, can I have this done using my webcam and a flash application using AS3?

You know that they are selling their software, right? They don't offer the source file or how to do it. or I couldn't find it.

Thank you for the links, However, I don't think they are using Flash. First one is using Visual studio and not sure about the second one. I don't know how to use these in my Flash application.
