Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Services - Allow all users to run a specific program with elevated permissions

Hello,
We have an RDS server where all users share specific programs, none of them usually need admin permissions but it seems 1 needs to be run as administrator or with admin permissions (run as) in order to run properly.

Now I have over 30 users on this RDS server using this program, is there a way to just give these users admin permissions over this program? I tried giving full control over the folder the program is in but that didn't work.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

Thanks,

Go to the executable and right-click properties. Under the compatability tab, there should be run as administrator or something like that. Then make sure to apply those setting to all users.

Just going off the top of my head here, let me know if you hit a snag.

Seems like the issue was different. A proxy was causing the disruption in the program (something the admin bypasses) so I just added an exception to the proxy. thanks for your reply though.

The issue seemed to be non-related to the admin account.
