I am starting to have consultants and developers help me.
Typically a vpn connection from me to client,
and the consultant remotes in while I help, oversee, etc.

Go to meeting works, but is a little slow and more,
I can only use it one at a time.

Any thoughts on best ways to have 3 or 4 of these 'meetings', actually all day
work sessions going on at once.

Open to spending some bucks on virtualization.  Already have mac with parrallels and multiple
virtual machines.   Gotoassist does not seem to be good since it requies a license
for each tech and I may use dozens.

www.webex.com allows you to collaborate, you can have few people connected to your desktop and they can all manage it after you grant them permission.

also www.join.me allows for few users to share a screen, you could run few virtual machines, connect to various clients and have different people to connect to those virtual machines.
