Windows 7 can't print from PDF Exchange viewer

When I open pdf document via FDF Exchange viewer 2.05 last update version.It can open already on problem. But can't printing . It only show message details 's " 0 Document(S) pending for user name" on the right bottom of screen

I'd definitely start with an update,  

"Current Version:       2.5.208 (Updated on 22 Jan 2013) "
