VPN and fortigate 110c

Hi there,
I am looking some information  about fortigate 110c and ipsec vpn.
Please do you know about fortigate 110c and ipsec vpn if:
- as default,, are there some ipsec licences users ? Is it possible to add some ?
- about licences, is it a rhe number of session at the same time or is it dedicated users ?
- is it possible to use free vpn software client as openvpn ?

Fortigate has unlimited SSL-VPN licenses included in BaseOS
Is there a particular reason why you want to use IPSec ?

I need that user can acces to files server.
Is it enough with ssl vpn ?

Yes - ssl-VPN works the same way as IPSec and PPTP VPN.
The advantage is that SSL-VPN uses https and port 443 while IPSec uses UDP 500.
You might encounter firewall blockings with IPSec - you never encounter that with SSL-VPN, as this use https
