I followed your instructions and dont see where I can change the ReadBatchThreshold to a high number and reduce the PollingInterval to 1 second. When I connect to the server that holds the distributor and subscribers and I right click on replication monitor I do see agents. I have even right clicked on logreader agent and only go to job steps.

We are having an issue with Publisher to Distributer latency. The Publisher is on server A the Distributer and Subscriber is on server B. &nbsp;Someone advised to try to change the ReadBatchThreshold to a high number. 10000 may be too low and reduce the PollingInterval to 1 second.<br />
