Right click on a blank spot in the toolbar containing the Google Toolbar and uncheck "Lock the Toolbars".  You now can play around with the location of items on the various toolbars by left clicking and dragging.  Look for little "Separator" bars (vertical lines/bumps) to drag.  You may alsao be able to move entire toolbars up and down (or collapse) by hovering the cursor over the lines separating toolbars.  When you see a doubleheaded arrow, the line can be moved up or down.  When finished "Lock the Toolbars" again.

I am sorry for such a poor set of instructions but dragging toolbars takes some fiddling.
