Outlook keeps prompting for permission to send payslip mail, every time, for every employee

Hi. We use Sage Micropay and send payslips out by email. Every time a mail is sent a pop up dialogue box appears saying:

"a program is trying to send an email message on your behalf. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up to date.
For more information about email safety and how you might be able to avoid getting this warning, click help."

We click allow and the mail gets sent.

Do you know any way to stop this happening? I've googled and see a lot of people have the same issue but were unable to resolve. There is even mention of thirdp arty applications to solve this issue.

This is a security fault with Outlook. I support an Insurance Company and the App they use also send through outlook and I use to get the same message. I over came this by using a free program called Click yes.  The free Click yes works with outlook 2000 - 2007
