Getting error in SSRS report

I get this error when trying to run the report.
error: the processing of parent for the tablix ‘table 2' cannot be performed. Cannot compare data types System.String and System.Int 16. Please check the data type returned by the Parent.

stumped please help

You most probably have problem with the groupings in your report.
Go through your group expressions. You have managed to create a recursive hierarchy inside the tablix with group expressions.
