Issue with Distribution List on Exchange 2003, one user not receiving e-mails

We have an Exchange Server (2003 SP2) with a distribution group setup.  Only 3 out of 4 members of the Exchange Server can receive e-mails sent to the distribution group.

All members of the group are internal exchange users.  I have message tracking enabled, and I can see e-mail's sent to the distribution list being received, and I can see the exchange server sending it to all 4 recipients.  But it does not hit the one users mailbox.

There is no server side spam filter service, and there are no other issues with the one users mailbox (they can send/receive as normal, no size issues with the mailbox, etc).

I've searched the full mailbox for the test e-mails, and I can't find them.

I've tried recreating the distribution group several times, and re-adding the one user many times.

Any help is appreciated.

If message tracking says that the message was delivered to the mailbox, then it is there somewhere. The problem will be with the client somewhere. Could be a view, rule or antispam filter that is blocking the message client side.
