FIM 2010 R2 - Create User Administrators for FIM Portal

Hi

I have FIM 2010 R2 installed and working.

What I need now are 'User Administrators' that are allowed to create new users and manage existing users via the FIM portal without having all the other administrator rights for manaing workflows, sets, policies etc.

Is there a way I do can this please as I'm not able to find any examples so far.

You'll need to create a set of the people that you want to hold this permission (e.g. 'user administrators') and then use this within an MPR to grant them create / read / update / delete permissions over 'all users'.

Once this is in place then anyone within the 'user administrators' set would then have rights within FIM to create & manage new users.
