hard code smtp server to the ip address. &nbsp;Sounds like DNS is not configured correctly on printer. &nbsp;Also, make sure your auth'ing with SSL is enabled on your mail server, otherwise it will not authenticate correctly.

What type of email system are you using?<br />

If it is Exchange you will need to enable the copier to relay mail through it. &nbsp;If it is Exchange post back the version for further instructions.<br />
<br />
If it is a POP provider then you will save yourself a lot of bother by ensuring the sending address has its own account for authorization.
