How do I change the listening port from 80 to 8080 in Xampp 1.8 ? I am running Windows 7 /
or iis listening port

In 'httpd.conf', there is a line that says "Listen: *:80".  Change that to "Listen: *:8080" and restart Apache.

Actually, mine just says "Listen 80".
