I see 2 SSID's in your wireless survey -

TP-LINK_BA908B
TP-LINK_BA908B_EXT

Why have you 2?

For repeater to work the SSID's are supposed to be the same name

I've both

TP-LINK_BA908B router

TP-LINK_BA908B_EXT another extender (Netgear wi-fi range extender WN3000RP) that connect at TP-LINK_BA908B router main.

I try to connect to the main router TP-LINK_BA908B.

Have you any idea?

Ok, so the document you attached this is the config from the new extender you are trying to get working yes?

I see its on wireless channel 6 - shouldn't that be channel 1?
