it really depends on the helpdesk level as first line is very easy as they just effectively read a crib sheet they dont know anything really. The 2nd line helpdesk is the level where you have to start using your head there are tests you can download but you will need to add some more detail for that.

Does you company use the ITIL framework, ask them questions about ITIL.

You need to write questions based on your Helpdesk, this should be easy to get the Top 10-20 Common HelpDesk Problems from your helpdesk, using a report?

Do you use Helpdesk software, Ask them if they've used Helpdesk or Service Desk software before?

Simple, centralized multimedia control

Watch and learn to see how ATEN provided an easy and effective way for three jointly-owned pubs to control the 60 televisions located across their three venues utilizing the ATEN Control System, Modular Matrix Switch and HDBaseT extenders.

Test on Office 2007 + XP and basic networking troubleshooting.  ITIL, maybe next yr as the helpdesk will start to grow.

We run Exchange 2007 - Citrix - Sever 03 + Office 07
