Helpdesk test questions
Hi, i have to interview 2 people for a helpdesk role. Been along time since i was doing helpdesk. Does anyone know of websites which i can use to set up a troubleshooting test.

it really depends on the helpdesk level as first line is very easy as they just effectively read a crib sheet they dont know anything really. The 2nd line helpdesk is the level where you have to start using your head there are tests you can download but you will need to add some more detail for that.
