SYSVOL not replicate to window server 2012

Hi AD experts

I am doing migration on window server 2003 AD to window server 2012 , I faced problem after promote window 2012 server to Domain controller. Sysvol folder not replicate , I already generate dcdiag log as following . Could you please advise .

1-Is the DNS settings on both DCs points to the other box? If not do that then restart the services netlogon & dns client.

HI Expert ,

I had pointed to correct DNS , But never appear sysvol folder .Can you check dcdiag log ?

On DC 2012 , what is the result of "net share"?
what is the errors in ntfrs eventlog ?
