Dear All,

I have office 365 E1 implemented; users currently using Exchange & Lync.

We need to implement SharePoint as well; we need to implement the basic functionality now, something like:
1-      My site
2-      Team site
3-      Folder sharing

Is there any document or link can help and show me how to implement and configure this?

Please help

Thanks

Hello,

see the Microsoft documentation for SharePoint online for enterprises:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint-help/sharepoint-online-for-office-365-for-enterprises-FX102052854.aspx

It has a "Getting Started" section with an introduction to administrators and planning guides. And lots of other links to SharePoint resources.

In the long run, you will need to read the documentation if you want to learn how things work. You can't have other people read it for you and then write it all up again so that you can read it.

In the link I posted above, click the big green button "Start Now". This will take you through the planning process for a SharePoint 365 site. You need to plan it  before you can roll it out.

The planning guide contains these links:

Step 1: Plan to manage SharePoint Online by using the Administration Center -- You need to learn how to use Central Admin if you want to set up MySite.

Step 2: Plan sites and manage users -- You need to read this if you want to use team sites and manage which people can access which sites

Step 3: Plan content on sites -- you need to read this if you want to have content on your sites

Step 4: Plan customizations and solutions

Step 5: Create and customize the public-facing Website

Step 6: Train and support users

Step 7: Plan to monitor and maintain site collections and sites

So, get reading. If you have a specific question, we're happy to help. But we cannot do all your work for you.

cheers, teylyn
