I have a requirement wherein i need to dump details of all users who have Editor rights to any PublicFolder in the entire Organization

You can try something like this

This is for all PF's if you want only Mail-enable make modifications
Get-PublicFolder -Identity "\" -Recurse | Get-PublicFolderClientPermission | where {$_.Accessrights -eq "Editor"} > c:\PFCalendar.txt or csv (can even use Export-CSV)

Can the same be done for user mailboxes as well ?
