Is there an application available which when run on a windows XP system, can tell me if the hardware is suitable for running windows 8 on it, and also indicate what might need to be changed on the hardware to enable windows 8 to run on it correctly.

Can some one fix this for smckeown777, his answer was good, he deserves the points, but it does not seem to be letting me allocate any point to his answer.

To do this correctly you have to select 'Accept as Solution' and mark my first post as the solution, assign the 500 points, that should do it correctly, if not then I'm not sure what way you are closing ;)
