VB.net Excel Add-in Drag and drop from cell to TaskPane TextBox

Hi

I have an Excel Add-in project in VB.net
I need to be able to drag and drop from a cell
onto a TaskPane TextBox.

My main problem is that I don't know how to initiate a drag
on an Excel cell
