The following html works with IE.

The Google Chrome browser does not properly render the menu.

Suggestions?

<body>
    <form id="form1" runat="server">
    <div>
        <asp:Menu ID="Menu1" runat="server" Orientation="Horizontal"
            BorderStyle="Solid" DynamicHorizontalOffset="3">

            <StaticSelectedStyle BackColor="#00FF99" />
            <DynamicHoverStyle BackColor="#FFFF66" BorderStyle="Solid" />
            <DynamicMenuItemStyle BorderColor="Black" BorderStyle="Solid" />

           <Items>
             <asp:MenuItem Text="File" Value="File"></asp:MenuItem>
             <asp:MenuItem Text="Edit" Value="Edit">
                <asp:MenuItem Text="Edit1" Value="Edit">
                </asp:MenuItem>
             </asp:MenuItem>
             <asp:MenuItem Text="View" Value="View"></asp:MenuItem>
             <asp:MenuItem Text="WebSite" Value="WebSite"></asp:MenuItem>
       </Items>
        </asp:Menu>

@Dovberman,
Can you show how is it rendering in IE and Chrome? I place your code and it looks fine.
Except I had to add this for hover style on static items.

<StaticHoverStyle  BackColor="#FFFF66" BorderStyle="Solid" />
