Auto forward sent items
Hello,
We have a client who wishes to have a copy of all items a colleague sends also forwarded to her, however she does not wish the colleague to know it is happening.
It is for a hosted e-mail account so we do not have access to the server. I know we can set this as a rule on the mailbox, bit we don't want the user to be able to find it.
It is a hosted exchange 2010 server, the user is using Office 2007 on a PC running windows xp.
Thank you

Your best bet is to contact the hosting company, they shoul dbe able to do it for you. If you set up a rule for this user he or she may be able to find it.
In addition you may be able to grant yourself permission to access that user's mailbox. you can monitor all sent items, in case any email was deleted you can use "Recover Deleted Items" if you're suing MS Exchange environment.

We have contacted them and they have quoted $120 to do it. I just want to see if there are any other options.
$120 is almost a rip off for such simple request. It takes less than 5 minutes to set it up, double check your control panel, this functionality may be available but burried under different option.

Any idea what the option could be called?
It is hard to tell what it may be called without knowing your control panel and provider. My guess it could be called copy, replication, audit, duplicate, blind copy, archive, etc.
Better yet you could call tech support and ask them if you can implement it on your own using options available in the control panel they provided. They must (should) tell you if there is way to accomodate it.

120$ for one user ?
Best is to create a Server rule for forwarding .... can you please check that
