Sync calendars of 2 exchange mailboxes

Hello,
Say i have exchange mailbox user1 with 2 calendars (agenda and calendar_office) , and I have exchange mailbox user2 with 1 calendar (agenda).
Is there a way I can let exchange sync calendar_office (user1) with agenda (user2) , automatically ?
So that when an item is added to calendar-office it is immediately synced with agenda(user2) ?

I don't think you can sync without a 3rd party tool, but you can easily share the calendar so that User2 can either view or have read/write to User1's calendar. User1 will have to share the calendar, then User2 can open it.

Yes, but on Android phones the user can only choose for the standard AGENDA, and not the custom calendar one ITguy once created.
That is the problem
So now I thought doing this, or either I have to create new accounts and backup and restore the data from the custom calendar into a new one and reconfigure the iphones and outlooks for the rest of the company
If you're looking to get it onto an Android Calendar I suggest you use the free Google Calendar Sync and have a google account loaded on the phones.
Then how is he going to sync the Outlook mailbox calendar to the google calendar ?
Use http://www.google.com/sync/index.html Google Sync can keep them in sync with each disparate system.

If you want something to run serverside, then look at add2Exchange from diditbetter.com. That will keep the data out of Google's hands.
