Issue with IIS7 websites

Hi Experts, I have windows 7 64 bit edition ultimat edition installed, recently my application started shows the following error message when i open the localhost, i have installed coldfusion server on port 80.

i am not sure but some isapi issues seems to be the culprit, below is the attached image as the error i am receiving:

it could be either coldfusion or iis ... reinstall coldfusion and see if that clears up the issue.

but coldfusion was working before on the same IIS. I just installed some other software and it started failing, I am now confused what went wrong
