Chepest way to Upgrade win 2003 server standard x64 to 2008 r2 standard x64

Is there a cheap upgrade edition of windows server standard 2008 r2 x64 i can buy to do an in place upgrade from windows server standard 2003 x64?

what do you recommend is the cheapest way to get this done?

The first link describe the upgrade path of Windows Server 2008 R2, so if your Windows server 2003 is SP2 so you can upgrade but SP1 is not supported.

Regarding cheapest copy of Windows Server 2008 R2, I suggest to contact Microsoft in your region or any sales partner.
