Runtime Error - Windows Server 2008

When attempting to launch an aspx page from a browser, we're seeing a server error (see attachment), but if we update the url to an invalid aspx page in the path and then back to a valid one, the page is accessible.  This is the first time we are using a web server with the 2008 OS, so this may be part of the reason for the behavior.  Let me know if you need any additional information

Try taking a look at the below link:

It sounds to me as if your mime handlers for .net are not enabled.
