NAS suggestions 4TB

Hello,

We need to archive our data to free some room on the server which is down to about 190 GB's. I have room in the server room and was looking at NAS options. Any suggestions on the product line? We need to hold at least 4 TB. Not looking to go economy but also no need to break the bank.

We have been using the Buffalo line. They have provided good service to us
