RDWeb RemoteApp Computer can not be found when accessing externally

I'm setting up a VM to host an access database that will be accessible through RDWeb using RemoteApp but I'm having trouble...

I have TS, RDWeb & RD Gateway installed on the machine, it is not in a domain, just Workgroup.

Testing internally, with the self signed cert I connect to https://localhost/RDWeb, login, click the Access button and it opens. But externally, I get computer can not be found.

I've tried to add it to the "TS Web Access Computers" group but Computers is not listed under object types? Tried CLI and it still errors.

I was playing with the certificate earlier attempting to add our Godaddy multi domain cert but that caused it generate another login prompt when pressing the access button and errors on certificate mismatch.

I need this to be smooth as I've been lumbered with the task from a big client, little time and he's showing it to a potential client of his own. Any help on config would be very much appreciated! I'd like to get the digital cert right too so it's smooth all the way from internet.

The problem is that you. Can access to host internally from  the tsweb but non from the outside.

If you have rd gateway you can create an rdp file to access directly to vm.
Another way to do is to publish an application that makes an mstsc to vm.rdp these are the two methods for accessing to internal apps

If you want to use rd. gateway, you should solve any cert warning that you have if ssl is not correct rd gateway will not work

Thanks, I don't quite understand how to do that. I want the user to hit the site, one logon and then open access (no 2nd logon). I've applied our Godaddy cert but I'm still getting a double logon prompt (internally).
I'm close now. If I've got the self signed cert on it errors with name missmatch. But if I put our Godaddy one on with the correct name, I get gateway server not available?
Chang cert on rd gatets ah An cert on rd application
Sorry, I don't quite get you. I have it on the site binding and assigned in the gateway server
