Need an Internal Instant Messaging software with Outlook or Windows Server 2011 SBS Standard/Exchange?

Is there a Internal Instant Messaging software package out there that won't break the bank and that works on an internal network and can archive messages? Maybe to work with Outlook or Windows 2011 Standard SBS and Exchange?
