Unable to exmerge accounts - exchange 2003

I am trying to archive off old accounts from our Exchange 2003 server using exmerge

I can successfully archive from the first storage group but when I attempt use exmerge on accounts within the second storage group I get the following report in the exmerge log file:

Any suggestion as to how I can resolve would be greatly appreciated. I want to avoid a manual archive process if possible.

The reason I am archiving and exporting old accounts is because I need to move some account overs to the second storage group in order to defrag the first group.

Thanks
