Thanks inkottees

We have already check that, subfolder are invisible , we can't list all folder

but when we create new folder from OWA , we can see it on the smartphone.

All folder that i want to see were migrated from an Outlook client with .PST.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Ok, il will explain a bit:

I uploaded from a .PST to my exchange account all my mails. They were classed on folders and subfolders.
After the upload i can see everything on OWA and on outlook.

But on my smartphone I can't see any of folders.

I followed your link but I can't check any folders because I can't see them on the folders that i can sync.

I hope you understand me better this time, if you want more specification tell me.
Thanks for help

When we drag old folder in a new folder, we have the same problem.

We have the possibility to recreate the same classification tree,  But we search a less boring solution, user have very large mailbox.
