Subfolder in Exchange by mobile phone Apple and Andoid.

Hello we have a problem with subfolder list in  exchange 2010

When we configure Exchange in mobile phone (Iphone 4 IOS5  and Android 4)
subfolder list doesn't appear, if we configure mailbox in Imap mode, subfolder list appear.

We have look the option in the client, no solution for the moment.

Server Exchange 2010
Client Outlook 2010
Apple IO5
Android 4.0

We have already check that, subfolder are invisible , we can't list all folder

but when we create new folder from OWA , we can see it on the smartphone.

All folder that i want to see were migrated from an Outlook client with .PST.

folders which are under PST wont be visible in owa, mobile devices.

Ok, il will explain a bit:

I uploaded from a .PST to my exchange account all my mails. They were classed on folders and subfolders.
After the upload i can see everything on OWA and on outlook.

But on my smartphone I can't see any of folders.

I followed your link but I can't check any folders because I can't see them on the folders that i can sync.

I hope you understand me better this time, if you want more specification tell me.

I already try that on 2 different smartphone (android and iphone). Same problem

you said you are able to see when creating a new folder..

did you try creating a new folder drag and drop the subfolders from old one..

When we drag old folder in a new folder, we have the same problem.

We have the possibility to recreate the same classification tree,  But we search a less boring solution, user have very large mailbox.
