Shoretel not sending voicemail to specific clients.

We have exchange 2007, and have recently had shoretell installed. We are in production and have found that the users in a certain area are not getting emails. I got with shoretell and they haved checked everything on their side and said that it's something with our exchange. The people are getting the notifications that they are recieving voicemails and are able to play them through the phones. However they are not getting the attached voicemails. I've checked to make sure that option is selected both on the server and on communicator. I looked in exchange with message tracking and found that exchange indeed is probably at fault. I get the error EVENTiD: FAIL Source: Routing RecipientStatus:550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found can someone help me decode what the error message means and how to resolve it?
