Is there a way to have a rule run every Wednesday, and Friday?
I just setup a rule, but I don't want it to run as soon as emails come in.

I know, what if I moved the emails to a folder, then is there a way to delete the contents of a folder periodically?

Although Ive never tried it

You could create a rule
Then add the exception
If Specific words are found in the headers

Then add

Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun

Now in theory, when a rule arrives on Wed or Fri
The rule would only be applied to these emails on the these days

All other mail items sent on Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun should be ignored
