I have the following HTML code that sends an email from access through Outlook. How can I make the "Me.[LinktoBio]" a live link? The data is always in the form www.Bioslink.com.

& "<P> Your swim coach will be " & Me.[Instructor] & " who is an awesome swim instructor. You can find a short bio of " & Me.[Instructor] & " at " & Me.[LinktoBio] & ".</P>" _

Any help you can provide would be great!

I think you want to use href around the Me.[LinktoBio]

like this

"<P> Your swim coach will be " & Me.[Instructor] & " who is an awesome swim instructor. You can find a short bio of " & Me.[Instructor] & " at <a href=" & chr(34) & Me.[LinktoBio] & chr(34) & ">" & Me.[LinktoBio] & "</a>.</P>"

notice that the Me.[LinktoBio] is shown twice.

see this link for more info about href.
