Adding Icons to Excel 2010 Ribbon

I would like to add an icone to match the macro for some tickmarks that were developed.

Here is the Macro.

Dim xTickmark As String
Dim sCellAddress As String
xTickmark = "clock 11.bmp"

The problem is there are quite a few and the bmp file is great for identifying the mark to use!  Test is too long.  This add-in worked in Excel 2003 and 2007 and showed up in the Add-
Ins tab of Excel 2010 with the proper icons.  Can I create it's own groups using the pictures.
