Message keep in Queue Exchange 2003

I have some sent email in queue, are not posible delive these messages, some messages from severals domains keep trying to connect but they keep there.
However if another users send email messages to the same domains messages flow normally.
Exchange versión is 2003 Enterprise SP2, the size of the database is 75 GBs

go to queue--> right click--> say retry

What does the queue viewer actually say is the reason the messages are stuck? Exchange will retry to send the messages on its own. However if there is an issue, you need to resolve that.

Any error appears, I try to retry, but anything happens.

I appreciate that English may not be your first language, but your answer doesn't make any sense.

Stop doing a retry. Wait for Exchange to time out the retry and state what you see in the queue viewer for the messages.

The solution was defrag database, it solved the problem.
