I have an SBS 2008 server which has been running great. I have a SSL Cert form DigiCert for it. We have been running Office 2003 for sometime now and have had zero issues with Outlook and the Exchange server. We just upgraded to Office 2013, we also had to install 2007 & 2010 on some machines due to application compatibility. Now when we launch Outlook we get the attached Security Alerts, stating that "the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site". We answer yes to proceed (twice mind you) and then it is fine until we close and reopen Outlook. As I said it never did this with Outlook 2003.
I have tried to do what the KB recommends: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940726
The only thing is I was not sure what needed to be in place if the CAS_Server_Name, so I made it look like this:
Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity YWMPDC01 -AutodiscoverServiceIntern
The YWMPDC01 is the server name. I could not run the other two commands under the above, it gave errors. So I skipped those and did the recycle in IIS. This did not fix the issue. I'm hoping someone could help me getting this fixed so I can calm my users down.
