Not able to Create Site Collection for Sharepoint 2013 website
Hi,
Am trying to create Site Collection for sharepoint website, it is throwing with an in the event viewer -

Am using Windows 2008 R2 machine with 4 GB RAM. Am able to access Central Administration but getting problems while creating site collection.
Anybody Please help.

Increasing system RAM to 8 GB solves the problem.
i get the same error even when I have 16gb ram ...any suggestions pls
I went from 12GB to 16GB and still get the error.
I of course cannot complete the wizard either.

Am getting errors in window event viewer logs.. Check and correct the same. Sometime restarting the machine can solve the problem.
