Outlook Stip Dashes and ()

I need to have Outlook format in such a way that numbers that get synced from the phone are stripped from dashes and ().
How can this be done?
I want just the number - raw style!

This will only help with newly created contacts:
      • Control Panel > Phone and Modem
      • Set up a default Location, if necessary
      • Edit the default Location
      • Change the Country/region to International Freephone Service

For Existing Contacts,
      • Export as a CSV
      • Use Find/Replace to remove the parents and spaces
      • Save
      • Import back into contacts
