Unity Connection 7.x Login Audit Trail

Hi Guys,
I need to get a audit trail of user login to the Unity Connection system.

The information I am after is the userID, date and time that users have logged in to check voicemail.

Is it possible to get this information for users utilizing Lotus Sametime Voicemail integration?

Thanks Agonza.

I'm getting an Access Denied screen when I try and access Tools >> Audit Log Configuration.

1. I can access the Audit logs through RTMT
2. My user has all the privs in Unity Connection
3. I've also tried using the standard web administration login
4. My user is a super-user on CUCM and has the Audit Configuration role.

The user I am logging in with is a Super user, with rights to access the entire system. However, I am still getting a Access Denied when trying to access the Audit Config.

I also tried with giving the user just Audit rights, but that didnt work either.

Are there any Service dependencies I should check?

Perhaps I'm not running one of the critical services for Audit logs?

Unity Connection - Access denied for Audit Log Configuration



Symptom:
Receive access denied message when trying to access Cisco Unified serviceability > Tools > Audit log configuration web page


Conditions:
Unity Connection system running 8.0.1, 7.1.3 and 7.1.2 version

Workaround:
None
