OWA/online Archive error "a problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox"

Greetings,

While logged into OWA Exchange 2010 user gets an error "a problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox" when trying to get into some of the online archive folders.
In Outlook client online Archive folders are visible but don't contain anything in them while item count suggests that there are items.

Any help is appreciated

WHat if you move his Mailbox to another Database ... just to rule out any mailbox corruption issue.

Was this a migration from some earlier Exchange Version ?
Is the user having Email address and the Primary email isnt messedup ?

nope, this was not a migration
email is fine and operating as it should.
the problem began while user was moving data from .pst to online archive

a few GB and i think user was messing with permissions, although it looks like the permissions are back to default...

So if still not working i would say move mailbox and that should help

Last option is to Export data to PST disbale create a new Mailbox Import and work

Fixed issue by moving archive datastore to a different disk array
