Gateway server

One of my clients called and they have issue with Sending\Receiving emails, i have checked and all the settings are the same and no changes done on the gateway server in over a couple of weeks

What about the firewall any changes there?

Try to use telnet to test from the email server out.

We are bypassing traffic but still cant get the Firewall to accept messages from Interanl <-> External

Please post sanitized firewall config. Include IP address for your server.

one of the admins was troubleshooting and had changed some port config out there we got that fixed so thanks
