Yeah the drivers are all the same and up to date. &nbsp;I just made it to where the user can save the files locally to a disk and print from there. &nbsp;Not a great solution but it works as a work around.

have this on two users. &nbsp;We have a large database that is used for the business. &nbsp;Basically a access data base on steroids. &nbsp;Two new HP 2015 devices have been purchased and installed as a local printer for two users workstations. &nbsp;They print to that device just fine from every other program except the database.<br />

The connection to the database is through a terminal services (RDC) then each site goes into a specific database based on location. &nbsp;When the user tries to print to the hp2015, banner pops up saying that there is no such device. &nbsp;I have checked the terminal services profile and made sure that the utilize local resources is checked and I have no problems with any other printer set up this way besides the HP2015 device.
