have this on two users.  We have a large database that is used for the business.  Basically a access data base on steroids.  Two new HP 2015 devices have been purchased and installed as a local printer for two users workstations.  They print to that device just fine from every other program except the database.

The connection to the database is through a terminal services (RDC) then each site goes into a specific database based on location.  When the user tries to print to the hp2015, banner pops up saying that there is no such device.  I have checked the terminal services profile and made sure that the utilize local resources is checked and I have no problems with any other printer set up this way besides the HP2015 device.

Are you using the HP UPD or a specific driver for the 2015?
Whichever could you try the other making sure you have matching versions on the client and TS server?

Yeah the drivers are all the same and up to date.  I just made it to where the user can save the files locally to a disk and print from there.  Not a great solution but it works as a work around.
