DAG copy fails

We have an issue where in as soon as we add a Node to a DAG Database it fails and nothing seems to be working

What is the Version of Exchange on both nodes ?
Is the Replication service running on both nodes ?
Test-ServiceHealth

Hope no issues during installation
Please run EXBPA to ensure all is working fine on both servers

Seems the Client IT admin had SP2 on Active server but forgot to have any SPP on Passive server

Rest all was fine now planning for SP2 on passive server
