Unable to download SQLServer2008SP3-KB2546951-x64-ENU.exe

I have been trying to download SQLServer2008SP3-KB2546951-x64-ENU.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=27594 for the past few days and I am getting DNS Error page.  This is happening on almost every download I try from MS.  I have tried multiple browsers and restarted my pc.  Any suggstions?  thanks!
