We have a Liebert GXT2 UPS with an SNMP network card in it. &nbsp;I managed to change the IP address of the device using putty but cannot figure out what else needs to be done for the remote shutdown utility to detect it. &nbsp;I can ping the new ip address. &nbsp;In the putty session I see where I can setup communities and traps but dont really know how to use them. &nbsp;What IP address should I enter for the community? &nbsp;The IP of the UPS or the Monitoring desktop? &nbsp;Or something generic like 0.0.0.0. &nbsp;I've tried the liebert multilink software and tripp lite power lite but can't get either to detect the device.

Trying to configure SNMP on a Liebert UPS

Servers are computing devices that are similar to desktop computers in that they have the same basic components, but are significantly different in size, configuration and purpose.
