Using send to to attach email to outlook 2007 will not leave outbox

strange problem here when trying to right click a document then hit send to and then mail recipient the document will not leave the outbox with the attachment.  However when in outlook and creating an email and attaching a document to it there is no problem sending. Anyone have a clue as to why this would be happening?

windows 7 32 bit, Outlook 2007

does it send out once you open outlook, or does it stay stuck.

Do a repair install on Office, and see if that helps.

Try creating another outlook profile and use it to send the email/attachment.

No it does not send out once I open outlook. Other email does send out though with no problems just these particular emails with the attachments that were made in this particular way do not send out and just sit in the outbox.

The Repair install did not resolve the issue.

I will need to try the outlook profile in a few days when the user gets back.

thank you all so far
