I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to use a windows 7 / Server 2008 theme for Server 2012 for our remote desktop users.

Using metro is too big a jump for most of our users, however, we'd like to use server 2012 for it's "RemoteFX for Wan" features.

Stardock Start8 does the trick for the start button and manually add icons back to the desktop.
